Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

DIN&DEEN ships internationally via DHL Express, ensuring security, full tracking, and optimized delivery times depending on the destination:

Spain & Portugal: 24 hours
European Union & UK: 2–4 business days
United States: 4–7 business days
Gulf Countries: 2–5 business days
China, Japan & Far East: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistical or customs-related reasons. All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free.

All prices displayed on our website include VAT (for European Union countries) or the applicable taxes according to the destination.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, although VAT is not included, the listed price already covers the standard taxes and costs associated with international shipping.

However, local customs authorities may apply additional duties or fees in accordance with their regulations.
In such cases, these charges may be requested directly from the customer by the carrier or the customs office upon delivery.

Transport & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the DHL platform, where you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping Address

Orders may be shipped to a different address from the billing address.
For security reasons, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or to DIN&DEEN retail stores.

Delays or Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, log in to your account and check its status in the “My Orders” section.
