Refund policy
At DIN&DEEN, we believe in the quality and lasting value of every piece. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 natural days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

For quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear or alteration.

All returns are processed exclusively through DHL, our official logistics partner.
Return Fees
Return shipping costs are fixed and will be automatically deducted from your final refund:

Spain & Portugal: €5

Rest of the European Union: €10
-
Outside the European Union: €20
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, once the item has been received and inspected in our warehouse.
How to Request a Return

Email us at info@dindeen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If the return is approved, you will receive a prepaid DHL label along with instructions on how to ship the package and schedule collection.
Unsolicited returns without prior approval will not be accepted. -
Hand the package to the courier or drop it off at the indicated DHL point.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days from the date the returned item is received.
You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a solution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom items (special orders or personalized products)
We also do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current piece. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
